Customers under the age of 18 will need the consent of their parents or guardians to purchase coins or merchandise from Puppet Guardian.
(1) Gold Coins can be purchased by the following payment methods.
(3) If disputes arise between the customer and the payment processing company, the dispute should be resolved by the two parties involved. Policros takes no responsibilities for such a dispute.
(4) Policros does not issue receipts or notifications which document Gold Coin or merchandise purchases.
(5) Policros has the right to revise fees and charges without notice. We may also change the purchase procedure without notice.
Players cannot own more than 9999 gold coins per email address.
Under no circumstances will Puppet Guardian recognize any quantity of Gold Coins greater than 9999 during game play.
The value of gold coins will expire one year from the last day of gold coins use in the game. Gold coins will be removed from players possession at that time.
There are no refunds under any curcumstances after purchase of Puppet Guardian Gold Coins or merchandise.
Purchased gold coins cannot be transferred to another player or third party under any circumstances. Gold coins cannot exchanged for cash or other currencies (including electronic currencies). Moreover, this transfer policy extends to all similar transactions.
Players are responsible for management of their own gold coins. Policros is not responsible for illegal use of gold coins due to illegal game access or by any other illegal means.
These rules may be revised without notice. As for other items not mentioned here in these "rules," they are subject to Terms of Service and other rules published on this web site.
