What should I do if the background music is not working properly?
Usually after system maintenance or server upgrades, its important for users who are experiencing problems to 1.) Clear browser cache (see below) and then refresh.

- Internet Explorer 6.x
- Select “Internet options” from “Tools.”
- Display “General” Tab from Internet Options dialogue box.
- Under “Browsing History”, click on “Delete.”
- Under the “Delete Browsing History,” check the box for “Delete all Offline Contents” and press “OK.”
- Internet Explorer 7.x
- Under “Tools” on the top menu bar, click on “Delete Browsing History.”
- Then under “Temporary Internet Files” click on “Delete Files.”
- Firefox3.x
- Select [Option] from the Tool menu.
- Click on Privacy Tab and under[Cookies], check the box next to [accept cookies from sites] and [accept third party cookies]
- Lastly, click on [OK] to close

- Firefox3.x
- Select [Preferences] from the [Firefox] menu.
- Click on Privacy Tab and under[Cookies], check the box next to [accept cookies from sites] and until they [expire].
- Lastly, click on Exit to close.
2.) Finally, "cold boot" your computer. That is shut down, wait about 1 min and then restart.
