My character doesn't move, what can I do about it?
There are two things we recomment that you do:
A. Make sure you are not behind a rock or tree (some of the obstacles are very small and hard to see). If you are, turn your character in another direction and try to move.
B. Follow the procedure below:
Step 1:
Make sure the PC has the following minimum hardware and OS requirements:
CPU: Pentium4 or faster G5 or faster
Memory: 512MB or more 512MB or more
OS: Windows XP / Vista Mac OS X v10.3 or higher
Step 2:
Confirm whether the version of “Flash player” on your computer is latest version or more using the Adobe website below. If not, install the latest version.
