We respectfully ask that you use good manners and show respect for other players while enjoying Puppet Guardian.
Playing Guidelines
Do not disclose your login information to other players.
Do not disclose login information to other players like your email address or password. Do not use a password that is easy to guess, e.g.; date of birth; email address or character name. Do not discuss with anyone changes you have made or are planning to make to your login information.
Use caution when asked about your personal information.
Do not write or describe your real name, address and phone number either in the conversations with other players (characters) or in your profile. Do not write any personal information in a third-party Puppet Guardian Blog or Forum while chatting or in your profile.
Greet one another!
Greet other characters in the game as you would a friend or neighbor. Just as you would say “good morning” to your neighbor, smile and start a conversation in the game with nice, friendly greeting. This will help your conversations to be smooth, productive, and fun. Remember we are all friends here and we need each other to be successful in the game.
Do not use profanity or any kind of language or behavior that might be offensive to other players
Let's help make the game fun and enjoyable for everyone. Use good language and a respectful, positive attitude.
You can use images from this the game only in accord with public standards of decency.
You can freely use the images from the game (screen shots) in your blog, etc. unless these are used in an abusive way or against standards of decency. Do not use another character's name without the permission of the player who ‘owns’ the character.
Rules
The following are prohibited by Puppet Guardian, as described here in the Terms of Service.
- Invasion of privacy, reputation and credibility of other players or a third party.
- Criminal behavior/acts.
- Acts against “public order” and “standards of decency”.
- Offensive behavior, use of profanity, threatening, vulgar, and sexual language.
- Pretending to be another person or a third party.
- Religious, political, or any type of propaganda.
- Stalking.
- Pretending to be a Puppet Guardian employee, Forum Manager, or Grand Master.
- Use of character names that are against the public standards of decency, or the same as or similar to a Puppet Guardian employee, Forum Manager, or Grand Master (such as the Game Master).
- Hacking
- Usage for any purpose of computer bugs, viruses, ad-ware or mal-ware, or any computer program that affects another's computer without their explicit understanding or knowledge.
- Any usage of game programs or tools from that are not part of Puppet Guardian.
- Multiple players using one account.
- Transferring or selling a user account to other people.
- Exchanging tickets or gold coins to cash or other currency with actual monetary value.
- All the behavior related to RMT (Real Money Trading)
- Other behaviors that the Puppet Guardian Forum Manager regards as inappropriate.
Terms of use toward violations of guidelines
We deal with the violations of the rules based on the Terms of Service.
We do not mediate between players for the following issues:
- Arguments or debates between players
We do not mediate any disagreements between players nor get try to resolve conflicts among the related parties - Problems regarding RMT (Real Money Trading ? or any type of business activity involving actual money)
If there are RMT-related problems between players, "Puppet Guardian” will not in anyway get involved.
Accordingly, we are not responsible for any loss/damaged incurred by RMT activities (which are prohibited by game rules) between players.
If you encounter players who break rules or who are maliciously causing offense to others, please contact us through the “Contact Us” choosing the title "Reporting Abusive Behavior" to report the abuse. Also, contact us if you encounter players acting in bad faith or creating negative playing experiences for others.
Puppet Guardian will investigate the facts and determine whether the actions taken by the offender are indeed malicious or offensive. We will take appropriate action, which could be a warning, suspension or even a permanent ban from the game. We will not disclose any information regarding any type of investigation on such problems, including names of related parties involved.
When Buying and Selling Items, Please keep in Mind that...
-When you sell an item, sell only the item that you want to sell. And only buy the items
that you really want to buy.
-Players won't be able to exchange items with another player. Once you buy an item, the gold coins used in purchasing that item, cannot be redeemed or refunded.
Safety Tips for Players
- If you are tired, do not feel well, or lack sleep, please do not play the game.
- Do not play the game too long continuously; the game is not intended for hours of uninterrupted play.
- Make sure that you have enough light in your room when you play.
- Pay attention to your posture when you play so that you can keep your posture strong and upright.
- Use good sense and restraint so playing it doesn't negatively effect your health or emotions.
